In 1992, Robert K. Corrieri received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from Bentley College, Waltham, MA and became a Massachusetts licensed real estate salesperson.
In 1993, Robert became a Massachusetts licensed real estate appraiser.
Since 1994, Robert has been an approved appraiser with the United States Department of Housing and Urban Developement (HUD), Federal Housing Administration (FHA).
In 1994, Kerrin M. Kroha received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English with a minor in Sociology from Merrimack College, N. Andover, MA.
Since 1996, Robert has been a Notary Public of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
During 1995-1997, Kerrin continued her education; and, in 1997 received a Certificate in Human Resources Management from Bentley College, Waltham, MA.
In 1997, Robert was awarded the '1997 New England Area, Employee of the Year' by Cushman & Wakefield of Massachusetts, Inc., Boston, MA.
During 1995-1998, Robert continued his education; and, in 1998, received a Diploma in Real Estate Studies from Boston University, Boston, MA and a Certificate in Real Estate Finance from Boston University, Boston, MA.
In 2000, Robert quit his job, married Kerrin and created Corrieri & Company, Inc., a Massachusetts residential real estate appraisal company.
Since 2001, Robert has been a member of the Massachusetts Board of Real Estate Appraisers (MBREA.org), Dedham, MA. Membership binds Robert to the organization's Code of Ethics and Standards of Professional Practice and Conduct.
During 1999-2001, Kerrin continued her education; and, in 2001, received a Masters in Human Resources Management from Emmanuel College, Boston, MA.
In 2001, Kerrin was hired as the Director of Human Resouces for Irma S. Mann Strategic Marketing, Inc. (ISM), Boston, MA.
In 2003, Kerrin quit her job and re-opened KerrinKroha.com; her Human Resources consulting company, and Jonathan L. Corrieri was born.
In 2004, Robert upgraded his Massachusetts real estate appraisal license from 'State Licensed' to 'Certified Residential' and purchased 53 Cleverly Court, Quincy MA.
In 2006, Allison T. Corrieri was born and Robert purchased 21A Elm Road, Devens, MA.
In 2007, Robert became a Massachusetts licensed real estate broker and re-named his residential real estate appraisal company; Request for Appraisal.com.
In 2007, Kerrin was hired as the Director of Human Resources for New England Veterinary Oncology Group, LLP, Waltham MA.
In 2008, Robert created Be Happy! Realty; a Massachusetts residential real estate brokage company.
In 2009, Be Happy! Realty became a Massachusetts licensed real estate broker.
